Day 3 of adidas Super 64 – Staying Alive

All four Idaho Select teams remain alive at the adidas Super 64 moving into Day 4 of the tournament.

Idaho Select Black (17U) ended their day with a 94-83 win over Utah’s The Factory. One of the better games of the tournament, both teams showed the dozens of college coaches in attendance that their rosters each have multiple Division I and Division II players. Riley Bradshaw scored 29 while Joey Nebeker added 25.

The White (17U) team also got a big win, defeating Tru-Playaz Basketball Club of Colorado, 68-60. Clark Wilkinson led all scorers with 22. Aaron Maffey had 16 and McKay Cannon added 15.

The two wins move White and Black into the round of 32 in the Gold bracket. Each team plays at 1:00 PM on Monday.

Green (15U) finished the day with a win over Annendale Bulldawgs (CA), 69-55 to advance in the Gold Bracket. Shawn Stanley led all scorers with 19 points while Mogga Lado and Josh Taylor both had 14. The Green will play their next tournament game at 8:00 AM on Monday against IEBP White.

Red (14) lost to DC Assault in their last pool game to finish 2nd. They will play the winner of a play-in game at 11:40 AM on Monday morning.
