The College of Southern Idaho Men’s Basketball program will be hosting their 6th annual coach’s clinic Sept. 24th in Twin Falls at CSI’s main gym. Coaches in attendance include:
- Ken Bone-Washington State
- Larry Krystkowiak-Utah
- Leon Rice-Boise State
- Dave Rice-UNLV
- Steve Gosar-CSI (2011Â NJCAA National Coach of the Year)
Coaches will discuss offensive and defensive strategies, as well as team building concepts and coaching techniques. The clinic will go from 8am-2pm, cost is $45 per person (includes clinic, lunch, and shirt).

The CSI coaches clinic has been great for the Idaho Select program. Every year our coaching staff takes away a few great items or teaching points that we can use with our teams. Ever heard one of our coaches yell out “X”? The quick hitter has led to hundreds of points over the years and we have Idaho’s Don Verlin and his presentation 3 years ago to thank. We can’t wait to see what we learn this year!
