At the Buffalo Wild Wings Elite Eight tournament at Skyview High School, Columbia was able to defeat Spring Creek of Nevada 55-39. The Wildcats of Columbia were led by Kyle Colley with 14 points and Mogga Lado had his second consecutive double-
double with 10 points and 14 rebounds.
The game was close for the first 2 1/2 quarters. However Columbia’s size eventually got the best of Spring Creek. With about four minutes to go in the third quarter Columbia was able to break things open, mostly behind the scoring of Colley. With the win, Columbia wrapped up the consolation title for the tournament. Lado finished with a three game average of 15.0 points and 11.3 rebounds.
