Game 2 at the Idaho Center matched Timberline and Highland. Timberline’s Jack Tate paced the Wolves and showed a few things that we haven’t seen this season. He was scoring off the drive (as expected) but also hitting the 15 footer.
For Highland, Clark Wilkinson and Austin Andreasen led the way for the Rams. Wilkinson, though struggling from the line, was a force in the pain and Andreasen showed athleticism from the guard position.
It was tied at 27 at the end of the half.
The second half was all Timberline. Tate continued to roll and Jordan Hall’s contributions were big. Timberline got the win 62-50 and will face Borah tomorrow in the semi-finals.
