It appears that this year there may be more Idaho players on college rosters than there has been in some time. As of the date this was published*, 104 players are from Idaho and currently listed on college or professional rosters. This is up compared to the last two years (87 players in 2011, 93 in 2010).
The list breaks down: 58 freshmen, 16 sophomores, 18 juniors, 10 seniors and 2 professionals.
There are also more Division I players this year (13 compared to 10 in 2011, 8 in 2010) and pros (2 compared to 1 in 2011).
We also note that of the players listed, 26 of them went through the Idaho Select program (25%).
